Core matters required for the build such as ground works, steelwork, foundations, blockwork/brickwork, Portaloo hire, skip hire, scaffolding, and plastering.
Internal matters such as partition walls, plumbing, and mechanical and electrical works.
Installation of kitchens, sanitaryware, carpentry, doors, and tiling. Build costs typically don’t include the products themselves because it’s up to the customer to choose what they want.
